Our Franchise system is extremely flexible to enable us to cater for most people’s requirements. We believe we offer the best deal in the industry, fee's are discussed on an individual basis and we recommend you take up the opportunity to meet us and speak with one of our highly experienced managers.

Tuition vehicles are available from us on lease-hire contracts, but you are free to source your own vehicle from elsewhere if you so wish.

We are also able to pass on discounts of upto 38% which we have negotiated, with some major car manufacturers, should you wish to purchase your own vehicle for this rewarding job.

We believe that we can offer you the best deal currently available in the industry; the 280 Instructors who have already joined us to create probably the largest independent Driving School in the U.K. obviously agree!

What we offer

Marketing
A large proportion of the income from franchise payments is invested in your business in the form of marketing. Marketing your business is done in a variety of ways: directories, newspapers, internet sites, leaflet drops and direct marketing combine to achieve one goal, to get our phones ringing and send you pupils for your business.

The Call Centres
A+ Driving School's call centres are open six days a week. A+ call centre staff are highly trained and extremely motivated, they are fully aware that they are the focal point of the business and that it is with their selling skills that both your business and ours will grow together. Pupils are allocated to instructors according to post codes and diary requirements via a very sophisticated bespoke computer system.

Support
Whether you are a P.D.I or an A.D.I., help, support and advice are only a phone call away. With the cross section of management knowledge and skills, whatever problem you may have, be it a need for advice on teaching, or any other area of your business, help and advice are always readily available.

Joining as a Trainee
A+ are fully aware of the emotions and concerns most trainees have when embarking on this new career.

At A+ we support you every step of the way, guiding and supporting you through your training and the steep learning curve you will experience through your new business.

Your Business
A+ recognize that as a franchisee of the School you want the benefits of operating your business with the backing of a major company whilst not losing your independence. At A+ we are fully aware of this aspect and allow you that freedom and independence. A+ do not book pupils directly into your diary, or control it in any way. We introduce pupils to you and allow you to accomodate them at a time convenient for both you and the pupil. We only supply pupils within your chosen operating area.
At A+ we are very conscious of the dangers of over saturating an area with instructors. Instructors are only taken on if we believe that we can generate sufficient work for them.

Car Leasing
A+ Driving School supply cars on a leasing contract separately from the school franchise.
In the main the A+DS Fleet comprises of Fiat Puntos, Nissan Micras, Renault Clios, Ford Fiestas and Peugeot 206. Owner drivers are welcome.
